Shipping
- How do you ship online orders?
- We ship online orders with UPS. Most orders leave the mill within one to two business days.
- Where do you ship?
- Anywhere in the United States that UPS delivers, including Alaska and Hawaii. We can't ship to P.O. boxes.
- Can I pick up an order at the mill?
- Yes. Choose Pick up at the mill at checkout and collect your order at 733 W Forest St in Brigham City, Monday to Thursday 8 to 4 or Friday 8 to noon. Questions? Call (435) 723-3459.
Choosing a flour
- What is the difference between All-Purpose and Golden Loaf?
- All-Purpose runs 10.5 – 11.5% protein and is the everyday choice for cookies, pies, gravies and light breads. Golden Loaf, our bakers (bread) flour, runs 11.6 – 12.5% protein and is great for sourdough, rolls, pizza dough and artisan breads.
- Is your flour bleached?
- No. All of the flour we sell online is unbleached, and nothing we mill contains bromate.
- How should I store flour?
- Keep it cool, dry and sealed. Our 4-packs come in resealable bags. For long-term storage, an airtight container in a cool pantry — or the freezer — keeps flour at its best.
Wholesale & retail
- Can I sell Big J flour in my store?
- We would like that. Send us a note from the wholesale page or call (435) 723-3459 and we will talk through volumes, pack sizes and delivery.
- Do you supply commercial bakeries?
- Yes. We supply bakeries, restaurants and distributors across Utah, Idaho, Nevada, California, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. The mill runs 250,000 pounds a day, so we can scale as you grow.

- How do I check on an order?
- Email orders@bigjmill.com or call (435) 723-3459 with your order number and we will look it up.
- What is your return policy?
- Please contact us at orders@bigjmill.com or (435) 723-3459 before sending anything back, and we will work out the best way to make it right. Because flour is a food product, we can't accept opened bags.
